Help identifying original tuners

Sign in to disble this ad
I picked up what I think is a very early Bartell bass that's had a refin and some parts changed. The tuners are currently some kind of Schaller copy but I'd like to return it to stock tuners if possible. I tried every style of bass tuner I had but nothing seemed to line up w/ what I think are the original tuner screw holes.

There are 4 screw holes that are 11/16" apart at the bottom and 13/16" apart at the top. The distance from top row to bottom row is about 1.5". Any suggestions as to what might fit there?
