I just need to replace what was there, otherwise, I'm going to have issues with intonation. If anyone has any ideas, it had a 24 fret 35" neck, if I replace it with a 22 fret 34" neck...what would I need to do with the bridge? Move it?

Yeah, you'd need to move the bridge to correct the intonation

BTW, I'm pretty sure the neck wasn't 35" - that's the scale length. The neck may be a 'standard' sized one on a slightly longer body, or the neck itself might be longer.

In the former case, Warmoth will sell you a Fender-style (Fender-style in regards to the heel and scale specs) neck with a 24-fret extension board - otherwise, you'll have to go to manufacturer for a replacement.
