Help me find a Luthier in Macon, or Warner Robins GA

Sign in to disble this ad
I have been trying to find a good luthier for the past year. I moved from New Orleans to Warner Robins, right after the storm. I know of only one guy here that can work on necks. Only problem is, my bass would be the first bass he ever worked on. He mainly does guitars. I know I could send it to Atlanta, among other places, but I'm trying to avoid shipping.

If you live in the area, like within an hours drive, of Warner Robins, or Macon, and you know of someone that's very good with bass guitars, Please drop me a PM, or an email!
I would so greatly appreciate it.

Not Many music stores, and not a guitar repair shop in sight.

I'm not sure where Hambone is at in GA, but you should definitely drop him a PM and see if he's close enough to you.

all the best,

I'm not sure if they do repairs on other instruments but the do create some of the finest guitars and basses on the planet.

I wish I still lived in GA so I was closer to Hambone. He is awesome. I still pay shipping fees to get stuff done by him.

Alright! that's a couple of good recommendations there. After the holidays, I'll get with Hambone, that's for sure. A good referral is the best way to go IMO. Any others are more than welcome.

instead of posting here all the details Hammy might not want broadcast public, why not just drop him a PM? Then, if he chooses, you can get all the contact info you could ever want

all the best,

R
