Help, my Peavey Fury needs new hardware!

Sign in to disble this ad
So I bought a mid 90's Fury for $75(sweet deal), and I have to say I'm really loving the neck on this P Bass. I'll probably be selling my SB-2 soon as the neck profile isn't working for me... But what should I buy with that money?

New hardware for the Peavey of course! The bridge looks like it's seen better days, and the tuners have some damage. I'm thinking about going with all black Hipshot bridge and tuners to match the black pickguard.

I've done some research and found the following :
4 string A style Bass Bridge > Store > Hipshot Products

HB1 > Store > Hipshot Products

I'm just not sure if these parts will be compatible with the Peavey, so I guess I'm looking for some experienced members to help me out

Is .750 the correct string spacing? Will I have to drill new holes for the bridge?
The tuners look like a direct fit, but I have no experience with this so I'm not really sure.....

Any help is greatly appreciated, and I will definitely post some pics once the new hardware is installed.
