Help with new custom pickguard - pbass

Sign in to disble this ad

Hello, I'm not sure if you guys saw my post on getting new pick-ups for my p-bass (which I am set on a pair), but I have a question about my pickguard.

Now there is nothing wrong with my pickguard, and I'm 100% sure it will fit, but this time around I'm looking to make a customized pickguard. Basically I want one that only has two control holes, instead of three. I like my tone knob at one position, and I've never changed it, and to make it more "personal" to me I would like to create one that only has two holes, one for volume and one for the output cable, since I want it to have "my" tone. I can just leave the tone control underneath the pickguard in the little compartment so theres no hassle. I want to keep the same style pickguard I have, which is a three layer black/white/black. I've searched many many sites but couldn't find any that could make a custom one like that. Does anybody know of any sites or places that do that? It would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!
