You don't have to do anything with the trussrod. However, you may want to re-assemble it as quickly as possible. I have seen a few cases when the neck goes without strings for a long time it wants to re-shape the wood somewhat. My buddy had a bass he took the strings off for like 6 months. When he finally went to put some back in the neck had a slight bow in it (the opposite way it should have been). The neck is meant to have some tension in it, via the strings. I am not saying it will happen, but could. As far as the trussrod goes though, you should not have a problem, I have disassembled my bass a few times for cleaning purposes, and has been fine.

Hopefully some others will chime in with feedback...
By "some time" you mean 6 hours? or a week?

Also, how can i check if the neck is in good conditions or bowed/broken when i put it back? will the strings be hard against the fretboeard?

Im a lot paranoid about this.

Thanks for any input!

You turn counter-clockwise to loosen the truss rod. I never bother doing it unless I'm going to store the neck for a long time. I take off the tension and get the neck straight as possible before I level frets.

Yes, why do you have te bass in pieces? Just being nosy.

It had a bad laquer job, im almost sure it wasnt original cause was shinny, but seemedd cheap. And it also was in some parts of the bass, in others it wasnt...

So i taken the neck, did the job, and when i put the neck back in it had some tension, but with the strings back and a little Rod adjustment now it is good again.

Thanks everyone for the input!
