Where are you guys getting your Hipshot items from, and for the best prices.

I'm in the middle of a build at the moment and we usually get the hipshot items direct, but orders are taking a long time.

I'm in the middle of my own build and I need some tuners and a bridge.

So does anyone have a reliable source for a Hipshot Style A bridge in brass - black .750 (19mm) spacing and 5 Ultralite tuners - clover style 1/2"

Any suggestions would be great - can get them from bestbassgear.com but other sources would help.

The UltraLite Clover tuners on StewMac are the 3/8", not the 1/2". I emailed them about it. Just letting you know and saving you some time.

If you want the 1/2", you'll have to email bestbassgear about them. They have them, you just have to ask. For the bridge, go with the cheaper (when you include shipping costs of course).

I've found 80% of my Hipshot gear either on TalkBass or e-Bay. Seems a lot of people buy the upgrades then never get around to installing them. The same holds true for necks, pups, preamps, etc. Just be patient and watch the ads.
