Is the Hipshot B Style Bridge a direct replacement for Fender basses?

In other words, does it have five mounting holes? I know the Hipshot Vintage Style Bridge has five holes, and the A has four, but I'm not sure about the B. Thanks

Its not. But the are A versions that are direct replacement.
