Hipshot a bridge spacing problem

i just got this new bridge and it seems like every saddle has moveable string spacing but the E string saddle spacing would not move when i loosen the screw

Hi PJ, Iwould try a light dab of wd40 or penetrating oil in the corners of the suposed moveable piece on that bridge. It's probably just stuck if the allen screw is loosened off. Let it sit for a few minutes and I'll bet it will move after that.
