Hipshot A bridge string height

I've recently been tuning down on my U.S. Peavey Millenium, and I would like to raise my strings a little bit. Looking from the back of the bridge forward, they're two adjustment screws on the right of each saddle and one of the left. Which is the proper one to raise a saddle?
