How do I get this thing off? There's a larger allen key socket by the switch/lever, and there's a smaller allen key socket by the tuning key. I'm assuming something needs to come off before I can access the screws.

remove the screw in the centre of the tuning post that holds the gear on, and the rotating plate can be lifted off.
