Hipshot BT10 Bass Xtender Key for MIJ Fender

Hi all
does anyone here experienced with the Hipshot BT10 Extender Key for MIJ fender basses?

this is the tuners of my bass:

its looks o.k. but i hope the shaft and the hole are o.k too.
i love the extender gadget.
any opinions about this?
