This is specially made for Jauqo III-X.
He sent me some pictures that one of his friends took and gave me the permission to post those pictures here. Thanks again Jauqo!
I'd like to have something similar for my 5 string to drop E and B to D and A at the same time.

If something like that messes up a truss rod it wouldn't be the fault of the D-Tuner. It would basically be the quality of the instrument.
The standard Hipsot D-Tuners have been in use since the 80's and I have never heard of any one having truss rod problems with them.
Micheal Manring has several on his Signature bass as well as on the bridge.

While Jauqo III-X has this one on a bass with a quarter-sawn, graphite reinforced neck, any well made standard wooden neck will be able to withstand those kinds of changes without problem.

I think it is a very practical tool(at least for me). | That'd be wicked handy for me. I'm always dropping two strings at a time on my basses. This would save me the hassle of picking up another bass to handle the different tunings. Quote:
