It allows me me to have my standard E and two preset notes of my choice.
I can drop the E down to D and if I want to I can the drop it lower. Or Higher in any direction if I choose.
It's pretty much like any other Hipshot D-tuner as far as accuracy and quality goes.
I'm a Hipshot Endorser. |

Been waiting for something like this.
Maybe on most gigs I can just take a single 4 now. Sometimes I like not using my 5 or 6 and just playing a 4.
I tune down/flip the D-Tuner all the time.
Wish the transpose on my V-Bass sounded better. I wouldn't need anything else.

It's just the lever, not the complete tuner. http://hipshotproducts.com/files/all...nstruction.pdf |

I just use E and D.
Perhaps I would tune the open string higher and drop tune to E and D. |

Aren't the levers the same on all Detuners? |

I want one, but can't really think of what I would use it for.

Once it's set up, is it basically just tuning the same string 3 times or is it more complicated than that? | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
