Hipshot + Schaller Bridge - Where Can I Purchase?

OK, so I am doing some upgrades to my MIM Jazz bass and after another unpleasant experience at Guitar Center, I am buying on the net. I want to purchase a Hipshot BT7 Extender Key and a Schaller Chrome Roller Bridge from the same online store - ideas? I tried stewmac, but they don't have the right Hipshot and they are backordered on the Schaller...

Ideas?
