Question Hipshot Style B bridge opinions

Sign in to disble this ad
I got to choose a bridge for my new future bass.

Is the Hipshot Style B (Brass, Chrome) a good choice?

Have the sustain and tone of a high mass bridge?

It looks like a high mass but the saddles are thin like the vintage ones.

Anyway, have you experienced this bridge?

Great bridges, probably one of the most popular ones out there. I know a lot of builders seem to use them. Ive used them on a few basses and decided to use on on my current build. Dont put so much thought into high mass and tone when it comes to the bridge.

Is there so much difference with Style A? It seems to have heavier saddles and more mass in general..
