| Hipshot A Style Bridge

I am in the process of building a four string pbass. I ordered a Hipshot A for the bridge. The pbass body is predrilled with 5 holes and the bridge only has 3 holes. Is this going to be a problem? At this point, I don't have a neck installed so I can't tell if I am lining the bridge up or not. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.
