Hi guys,
I have a hipshot A style bridge and the bridge hieght adjustment screws are stipped and so are the single screws directly behind those and hipshot themselves are no help. They are abunch of losers that put you on hold and then hang up and tell you they sent them 3 different times when you havent recieved them.
Sam ash doesnt have screws like that and so dont the other small shops around my town, so does anyone know any parts shops online i can get em from? thanks

Are you sure about the comments you made about Hipshot? I've had nothing but pleasant experiences dealing with them, supporting their product and getting replacement parts.

Perhaps another call is in order?

I've done lots of business with HS....mostly deal with Jason. Never had a bad transaction/conversation with them.

Dissapointing to hear you had a bad experience with them...no clue about that.

If replacement screws are what you need try a local hardware store if you have one around you....I normally find all kinds of weird/odd shaped screws and washers and such there.
