Hipshot Xtender for ESP Vintage 4?

I have an ESP Vintage 4 that I tried to put a Hipshot Xtender on. the specs. show Gotoh, so I ordered the GB5. Didn't work. I've now heard that the tuners are Schaller, which in my estimation would be the GB2. Does anyone know what will work for the ESP Vintage 4?
