| Hipshot Xtender for a Lakland Decade?

I just got my hands on a Lakland Decade (skyline) and it has the smallest little hipshot tuning machines I've ever seen. I can't seem to figure out what model they are or more specifically which Hipshot Xtender to get to give me my low D back. Perhaps someone here may hold the answer....
