Hipshot xtenders

Sign in to disble this ad
Hi I was wondering of installing a Hipshot xtender to my SX bass.
I have looked at the Hipshot web site & got done to 3 the BT 1 BT7 & BT10.
What I was wondering is the only diffrence between these 3 is the 4 screw pattern? ie to fit on a MM (BT1) without drilling any new holes for the screws?
I am talking about same machine heads with same peg diamater etc.
Thanks

Yup! The different models are for 1. looks (to match the bass) and 2. to avoid having to drill new holes into the headstock.
