How do I adjust the truss rod on my Ibanez?

I have an Ibanez RD505... the truss rod adjuster is strange... it looks like a wheel in at the neck joint. I have no idea how to adjust it and Ibanez's website is no help at all.

Is it a spoke type truss rod? I adjust mine with an allen wrench or a small screwdriver. Something that goes in the holes and won't tear anything up.
