ok..Ilm on tour with the bass that's setup perfectly..it's.in.a.gigbag(yes,mistake..i.know)
but well padded..it was moved by someone, leaned against the wall..and it slid over..against the wall kinda ..but it fell over.in the gigbag.
i learned a lesson..cases are heavy..but needed on tour. ilm an idiot, but the point is..
i'm on tour with a bass that feels "less good"..it felt as though the neck moved and the action raised amicrometer..ok,but just not right

how do i learn to adjust my trussrod?

Please refer to the sticky above entitled All Basic Set Up Questions Answered Here. There is a link to the Mr. Gearhead site (Fender). Highly recommended.

Simply turn the truss rod! I have allways just turned it a bit, played the bass a little bit and checked for fret buzz, then I do it again untill I'm satisfied.

LOTS to be learned herein! I found the Stickies a good start, but reading & asking questions here helped immensely.
