how do you get started with repairs and learning how to do things the right way? i really enjoy working on my bass and id like to do it professionally one day, not to mention just be able to take care of my own repairs
wheres a good place to start here?
i defretted my squire just for fun and coated the neck. it turned out okay but now i need to mess witht he truss rod. so this is my project bass. i fuiger if nothing else il learn how to work on basses from this.
also, what tools do you find necessary? so far i have the simple stuff. alen wrenches, soddering iron, sand paper, screw drivers etc.
