How to get a 35" Jazz neck (4-string)?

Sign in to disble this ad
I like two-octave necks, with 24 frets, but I prefer them to have a 35" scale. Warmoth makes a 24 fret neck, but it's just a 34" with an overhang.

Anyone know where I can find a neck like this? I'd really prefer the Fender-style headstock, or something similar.

I think Moses might do the 35" thing but not too sure bout 24 frets. Other than that, try asking a local luthier maybe?

I suggest you get a bass that's designed at 35." Trying to graft a 35" neck onto a 34" bass is a can of worms I'd rather not open. Could be a major intonation headache, requiring moving the bridge, etc.....no thanks.
