How to remove the control plae?

Basically i want to change it from gold to chrome and i was just wondering how to get it off with damging the electronics. Cheers

Unscrew the control plate. Take the nuts off the pots and do the reverse to put on the other plate.

Why from gold to chrome?

I just want to change the colour, chrome would look better, plus the gold is looking really worn.
