How to remove knobs?(replace)

I want to pull them out but I dont know how.. I want to change to cool ones.. my bass has a box on bottom I can see the connection with the knobs which is like silver batteries.. but then I dont know how to remove them.. the wires inside are like stuck

I can only help if they are set screw knobs. Set screw knobs have tiny allen wrench (hex) screws that should be visible on each knob. If so, use the appropriate sized hex wrench and take them off. If they aren't, sorry I had a luthier do mine during a massive tweaking. I'd assume you'd just pull them off. Wait for an experienced reply before you try, though.
