i just de-fretted my japanese p-bass

i was contemplating de-fretting my p-bass(japan copy)everytime i wood think about doing it i would talk myself out of it,i would tell myself you cant do it,you'll muck it up,etc, so i got the itch and JUST DID IT! and so far its going well,the fretts came out fairly easy(a little frett board chipping,no biggie)i know have to get some wood filler and some poly to coat it and its a wrap,if i knew it was this easy i would have been doing this a long time ago, FRETT-LESS ROCKS!

Yeah, defretting cheap basses really is the way to go. I did this with a Hammer P bass ripoff, and now I really like the bass, where as before I would not even play it.
