Ok, so I stepped on my cord and not the input isn't working properly... at least this time the pickguard and input are intact. I'm pretty sure something just got bent out of shape. However, when I took the pickguard off to see the innards, a bunch of washers and plastic rings fell out, and I don't know what order to put them back on in.
If anybody has a squier p-bass, could they please take a pic from the inside of the input jack, or perhaps give me a detailed description of each piece? Particularly, I want to see the metal piece that connects with the cord, as I'm pretty sure that's the offender in this case. |
