I tight the bolts so much that...

The heads of the bolts are now worn out
but i can live with that, they are just a bit scratchy and now im sure that the joint is stupidily tight.

bolts on what? there are quite a few ways of loosening stripped-out screw and bolt heads, but details are needed!
