Ibanez Blazer Truss rod.

Sign in to disble this ad
Hey guys, i have an 81 ibanez blazer:

the neck has a slight forward bow in it. the truss adjstment is at the bridge end of the neck.
what way do i turn it?
ive read that it needs to tighten it, but the ibanez guitar care guide that came with the bassl says "The rod is tightened by turning the nut clockwise as you look down the neck from the headstock."

that would mean that turning the nut anticlockwise is infact tightening the rod?

thank for your insight.
