Ibanez Parts

Anyone know where I might be able to find parts for Ibanez basses besides Ibanez directly. I tried ordering a truss rod cover from them about 4 months ago, and everytime I call to find out about the purchase they say Its on order from Japan and will ship when it arrives. I can understand waiting a little bit, but this is getting ridiculous. I had to order over the phone also because their website leaves alot to be desired. At least they don't chardge the credit card until it ships, but I don't see how such a big outfit can't supply parts

supported your local economy, and you'd have been done with it, months ago.

^^^^ uhm ok?

anyway i always take the cover off during the first set up and leave it off... so much easier to make a tweak every now and again due to air changes on the road etc.

try a place that engraves plaques, trophies n name tags, they usually have the plastic material there and can most likely cut and drill it to the shape you need. or get you a pice you can shape yourself... eve color match to your bass if you want.

Guess that's the way I've gotta go. Just wanted to get original equipment so that it matches perfectly, and if I did it myself i'm sure it would look like a 3 year old did it.
