 Ibanez SRX 470 Set-Up

Hey guys, I'm having some trouble setting up this bass. I want to
learn how to do this myself but it's proving to be quite a pain. I
adjusted the truss rod for the first 7 frets but I can't bring the
action down on the higher frets. I've been playing around with it
on the string height but I can't find a spot that is satisfying.
Could you offer any tips. All of your help is greatly appreciated. Cheers!
