| I prefer the added control that comes with bridges that allow individual setup of each string. Sounds like you've done setups before? It's really the same thing, except you have the capacity to set the individual string heights without affecting the other strings. On a six string that is a big bonus, because of the large difference in string diameter from top to bottom string.
Whatever you do, make sure you use the proper size allen key to make your adjustments. You should be able to pick up a few at your local guitar shop. Or you can go to Sears or a hardware store. The worst thing you can do is round out the holes where the allen key goes. Then you can't adjust it period, and it will need to be replaced. Also, when you oil your fretboard, put a drop of oil on each of the screws so they don't sieze up. I like to use key oil for woodwind instruments, but that's a personal preference.
