Inexpensive Jazz Bass replacement neck - Mighty Mite v. SX (Essex)...

I'm working on a parts bass that I will use for back-up and practice, so I'm looking for an inexpensive Jazz Bass neck. Mighty Mite and SX (from Rondo) are looking like strong possibilities.

Can anyone recommend one of these over the other?...

I have an SX 5 string maple bound / blocked neck. I'd say it's OK. I've never used a MM neck. I have an All Parts neck that is very good. I think you might want to take a look at those. They are all over eBay.

I'm getting a Mighty Mite fretless neck on eBay soon for a parts P bass. I was looking at SX for a cheap alternative but they don't have a 34" scale neck. It's unlined, which should look nice.
