Input Jack

So mines giving me some trouble some im going to have to replace it. I was wondering if I should be looking for something in paticular(i.e. type of metal, size......)

If the bass is an active one, you'll need a stereo input jack with 3 terminals. If not, you'll need a jack with only 2 terminals.

Or Neutrik. Not as long in the biz as Switchcraft, but IMHO, just as good, and frequently cheaper. Avoid the Rat-Shack and other no-brand stuff - it just falls apart . . . .

yeah pass on radio shack. if its the squire bass in your profile you will most likely need a mono jack, unless squires strated having active controls(that never happened right?)
