input jack for Fender Jazz Plus

Hello: I need to find an input jack for my US made Fender Jazz Plus. These were made in the early 90's I think. This jack is about 1 1/2 inchs long and is threaded the entire lenght. It goes into the side of the bass not the front. I have done some searching and all I can find is the std jack. Can you refer me to a company that sells this jack. Many thanks as I really need to get this bass working again. Steve McCartney
