Installed new strings and new bridge. Intonation question.

Just installed new strings and a new bridge. Should I wait a day or 2 and let the strings stretch before adjusting the intonation on the bridge?

String stretch doesn't change the intonation adjustment, just the string pitch...at which point you re-tune. I don't see any reason you can't do it now. My vote: just tune a bit more often than you would otherwise, and grab the strings and stretch them a few times before beginning.
