Installing pickups and bridge?

Sign in to disble this ad
Hi, i have a Hamer Cruise Slammer Series bass, which is very similar to the US Cruise (in the looks, not the sound).

The bass is this one:

I´ve read all the stickies and many threads and i was thinking of seting up my bass myself and also installing new pickups and maybe a new bridge.

I´ve read in TB that this pickups are very good, the SJB2:

Will they fit on my bass, i think it fits on the US Hamer (so i read) and i think it will also fit it mine. Is this true?

About the bridge, i have more doubts. My bridge (as you can see on the image) as 3 screws to bolt it on the body.
So, how would i know if the bridge i buy fits on the old holes? Does anyone know any good bridge to put on my bass or i should just stick to the setup and new pickups?

Thank you very much for all your help.
