| Interesting fit on a new neck

My Carvin neck came in the mail today. Excellent fretwork and quality woods. The bottom of the pocket is a bit off. However, it is bolted straight and this is the fit. What do you guys think? I am going to leave it as is. I believe there is plenty of surface contact.

It sits in the pocket very very flush and snug. Just a gap that's smiling at me
