| I assume you mean that you lost one of the saddle height adjusting screws. If there's an ACE hardware nearby, they do a good job of carrying setscrews. Take one with you to confirm thread and size. You won't have to re-set everything if you replace the old one with a similar one.
If the set screws tend to be loose, before installing them put a drop of clear nail polish on the threads. That will keep them locked in place but you can easily break the bond by turning the screws with a hex key.
