Jack cable head messed up, how to fix it?

Sign in to disble this ad
Hy!

I have a problem, and it happened at the worse time... I was playing normaly in my bass when suddently the sound started to "glich" and I had to move with my cable head to get the sound right... until the sound was gone!

I "opened" the cable head and saw that the wires wheren't "connected" to the head, so I connected them.

But as I continued to play, the wires were disapearing! Until I've got no more wires?

(here is an example of what I'm talking about... in the pictures the wires are correctly connected, but in my bass they simply started to fall of the cable!!!)

How can I fix it? It's a TM Stevens Special Klotz Bass Cable, and it only has half a year of use.

Please help, currently I can't afford another cable

Sorry for my bad english (I'm Portuguese !) and for the crappy paint edit, but I'm at my work PC.

Yeah, you'll have to properly solder them back on.
