I think there's a loose wire on my input jack. How the hell do you get in there to repair it? I'm thinking the only solution is to unscrew it from the outside, let it drop. Then either shake it out of one of the F-holes or use some sort of long tweezer to get it out. Then fix it, then using that tweezer, guide it back into the hole. Does this sound right? Does anybody know of a tweezer like tool I could buy for this? This is like putting one of those ships together in a bottle!

Yes, That would be what medical professions use to say, hold a wound closed while stitching it up. Or pulling things from your skin. Basically locking tweezers

I fish it out through the f hole by gently pulling the attached wires and then use a suitable length of coat hanger with a loop in the end to get it back into place. hope that makes sense.

If there's enough wire, remove the pickup and that gives you a much bigger hole to work through. Just be sure to attach fishing line or other material to the jack so you can pull it back into place.

For fishing jacks out of a hollow body I use a 1/4" dowel, slightly tapered on one end. Loosen the jack from outside, insert the dowel into the jack, and use the dowel as a handle to move the jack to a soundhole.
