Sure, the usual repair is to fill little dents with SuperGlue. Larger dents and chunks get hard marine epoxy, like West Systems. The glue fill can usually be polished up to match the existing finish pretty well, without harming the finish around it. Not hard to do. The repair isn't invisible, but at least it's smooth.
Filling the dent with glue is also a good idea, to seal up the break in the finish. You don't want sweat, water, and beer soaking in there and causing more of the finish to loosen up.
