Late 80's Cort replacement truss nut

I FINALLY managed to get my stripped truss rod nut out of my P-style Cort. It seems to be a bullet style; are they generally the same size (10/32) threading all around or will I need to find an exact replacement? This is a Korean made Cort, the heel of the neck says "86", so I'm guessing 1986-89 production.
