Is this possible? I have SX fretless and I would like to get rid of this lines. Maybe some coating or dye?

I don't know how SX does is but my Carvin's lines have been scraped away with normal use over the past nine years.
Maybe if yours are painted on too you could either lightly sand or steel wool them off.
