A little Help- guitar action
 

I am new to these stuff, and theres not a single guitar tech near my place, or someone i can ask.

I notice two things:
1) If i play an open string with a bit of power - theres a fret buzz.
2) as you go up on the fretboard from 1 to 22 The space between the string and the fret slightly goes up

What should i do? what should i adjust? The bridge or the trussrod or both?

Please explain clearly.
