a little help, please...

I have an old heavily corroded badass bridge one on my 80s Schecter Precision... the height adjusting screws are so corroded that I have to drill them out.. basically I am looking for a gold badass bridge one... any help/hints/ suggestions are more than welcome..thx.

Retrofit a newer one on it, wait until guitarpartsresource gets them in stock, contact the manufacturer directly, wait to find one on here and if that all fails then you're s.o.l. Don't complicate something that is pretty simple to do on your own.

Have you already drilled out the saddle screws? I'd pull them off and soak them in a liquid wrench bath for a week. Then grab each one with needlenose vice grips, and get each one good and hot with a propane torch, then try moving the screws, -unless you've already messed up the .050 hex head.
If you've drilled them out, buy a tap from Ace and clean out the threads, that shouldn't be too tough to do. You could even drill them out one size larger, retap and put in one size larger height adjust screws.

thx...I decided on drilling out cos the hex screws are screwed up my the pre-owner.. tried all the soaking etc... so drilling and re-grooving is next... Iīll stick some metric sized screws in it..
