I don't know if they do or not call them
i believe a place called the 12th fret can help you..

I think you're going to have to call. I would guess that would depend on the store and the skill (confidence?) of the staff. I personally would be a bit nervous about letting them defret a bass.

My local guitar tech Ed Fretter of Fretter Guitars does a lot of warranty work and damage repairs for L&M here in Langley so I would think depending on the store they probably use outside contract ?
