Longer Strap Buttons?
Sign in to disble this ad
The strap buttons on my G&L bass aren't long enough to hold the ends of a thick leather strap. Are there longer ones available? I don't want strap locks.

Some suppliers do 'jumbo' strap buttons; where you buy from will depend on your location.

I think the G&L buttons that came on the bass were jumbo, which caused the problem.
I replaced them with stock Fender strap buttons and it is a whole lot easier to take the strap on and off. Problem Solved.
